Features & details WATERPROOF and INSULATED: We re-engineered our crimp connectors to seal the wires from any moisture on the inside and out. With hot melt adhesive on the inside, and polyamide on the out you will always have watertight connections and will never have to repair them again. Shrinkage ratio 3:1. THICK COPPER SLEEVE: Our connectors are made with thicker copper which will keep a strong crimp and reduce the chances of the wire slipping out of the connector. Tests show our connectors holding up to over 200 pounds of pulling force before they come lose, even during varied temperatures. Range -67°F ∼ 2282°F or -55°C ∼ 1250°C. CERTIFICATION AND COMPLIANCE: The connectors are made with Polyamide Hot-Melt Adhesive and Polyolefin Shrink Tubing that are UL Listed and RoHS Compliant with all electrical standards. Our terminals are made with the highest quality materials and engineered for the best performance outperforming their expectations!Directions:Choose the right size connector for the wires you are connecting.Remove 1/2in of insulation from wire, insert bare wire into barrel until it reaches the indicator notch inside. Crimp firmly using a crimping tool and correct size crimp to secure wire inside the barrel. Repeat steps 2-3 for other side. Once both sides are firmly crimped, use a heat gun, blow torch or lighter to heat the connector being careful to turn it around while heating the surface evenly. You will start to see the plastic tube shrink around the wires and bubbles form (glue flowing) inside the tube.
